Unresolved damp

I found this company on yellow pages.The owner promised that he will provide the best solution to the damp.He asked for half of the money to be deposited prior to commencement of work.He said the damp will be gone for good after implementation of the solution.That was 2015 In 2017 the damp resurfaced and he played hide and seek even though all money had been paid into his account.My estate agent made various accounts to meet with him so he can fix his work but he disappeared.I had to redo the work at a less amount if R6000.I am in the process of reporting his company for poor workmanship and nonprofessionalism.Be careful of this company he does not fulfil his contract.This company is unprofessional.I had a very nad experience with Donovan's empty promises.
