Worst service ever
Insurance quote from Poly Roofing. The Insurance quote was incomplete and under quoted, It seemed as if this was done on purpose to get the job through the agency. Now a second quote was sent for the remaining work that needs to be done. After numerous calls and (we will get back to you tomorrow), it took six weeks to get someone out to do the job. The front gutter that was replaced with new brackets was not aligned correctly for the run off to the outlet pipe which meant that the water will damp up and overflow on the opposite side from the drain pipe. I showed it to the installer and was told that he did not quote me to align the pipe, it's not his job???? " you just replaced the whole pipe and put on new fittings, how can you tell me its not your job!" The best part of it all, when I phoned in to the office and spoke to the owner (I think), he told me the same thing??? Instead of just apologising and fixing the problem, they try and justify the mistake. It seems like there is no common sense and absolutely no business sense! I will not recommend them to any one. Poly Roofing is unprofessional, and ***********. Doing as little as possible instead of going the extra mile. I suppose it is a Port Elizabeth thing.
