Zinhle- Pavilion store!

I ordered online a few days ago and the order hasn't arrived, when I check the tracking number the website says it "no tracking data for this order".... I phoned and spoke to Zinhle who is RUDE and does not listen and before you can finish your sentence she is already saying something! The assistant manager said she will phone back... Yet to receive a phone call for feedback. Where is my order?
