Thee worst service in the world

Thee absolute worst online service I have ever received, no one ever answers the phone , if they do they promise to call you back and they don't, placed an order on 11th December, I called to change the size on Monday morning the day after and I was told it's too late as my order had been shipped (obviously lying) I called back the whole week 5 times a day no one bothers to answer the phone , eventually a week later I managed to get a manager who promised to call me back with the status of my order, never bothered to call me back 19th of December I finally got ahold of some who said I should receive my order latest 22nd of Dec and no order had arrived, my son will be forced to wear old clothes for Christmas all because of this pathetic service, every one is useless including the management, I called back and guess what?closed until 03 Jan, she knew very well by the time I call back they will be closed , I've never received such a service, never buying here again, don't even want the clothes anymore, I want my money as I don't ever want to be associated with this brand
