shop closes at 8pm but doors were close at 7.40pm

At approximately 7.40pm last night (26/11/2017) mu husband and I were at the door of your polo shop in Mall of Africa. The doors were closed. It took us 5 minutes to get the attention of one of the employees who came to the door and told us they are closed. All the shops close at 8.00pm. As far as we were told there was no emergency for them to close so early. My husband as the very rude employee to please let us in, he said that they had a very busy weekend since Friday and they are tired that is why they closed early. In my opinion if you work retail you are expected to work these hours and times. I think this guy is justified in what he said. When my husband asked him to let us in again this guy got all defensive and said no ways in hell. if a big brand like POLO can employ staff like this that have no respect for their patrons, I just give up!!! This experience has left a very bitter taste in our mouths for POLO. Who wants to go shop at a place where our money is not needed.. He refused to give us his name and said that we can complain to who ever we want but he will never let us in.
