Shocking Polo e-commerce!!

I recently ordered and paid for 3 men's Simon straight leg jeans. 2 were delivered. two weeks later - no explanation at all from Polo e-commerce. I've sent emails - tried calling - nothing!!!! Unbelievably bad.
