Selling poor quality and poor service

I bought a bag in polo clothing shop in ballito which got torned within no time when retuning it we told it’s going to the supplier you follow up after weeks you are told it hasn’t left the shop when you have pid dearly but service is terrible they only after our monies while selling **** quality.
