Ridiculous service and money ****ming by Polo SA clothing online

Terrible customer service at its best, bought items on the 26th of November 2023 order #***, which were delivered with the missing item Perry Dark Brown Belt *** size 38, I was then told they will refund me since they do not have stock anymore which wasn't the case when i did my purchase online. to date they are not responding to any of my queries, I guess that's part of their money making Skeem of ripping customers of their money.
