Promise of Goods and no Delivery

9/1/2016 I went to Polo,Sandton City. I spoke with the manager. The store had no stock of a light and pink Mens Polo Golf TShirt in a 2XLthat I was looking for, she called the Menlyn branch whilst I was there. She advised me that Menlyn had the 2XLs and that she would brought to the Sandton branch for me to collect. I advised her that I needed the shirt by the 29/1/2016 as anniversary gift for my husband She said that it would not be a problem, she would organise it for me. I advised her that I and my husband are a members of the Polo club however she again took my details down to contact me when it arrived. I also asked her to keep a red Ladies Polo Golf a TShirt for me and that when the Mens TShirts arrived I would collect simultaneously. After hearing nothing from them I went to the Sandton branch on 25/1/2016 and found NOTHING had been done and Menlyn had NOTHING in stock any more. I am a loyal patron of Polo and purchase clothing a bedding. My husband even more so as Polo is his favourite brand. I therefore at the 11th hour purchased Victoria's Secret Mens perfume and some other items for the anniversary gift. I then emailed Polo SANDTON but still no feedback from anyone <br>
