Poor service delivery

Placed an order online on 27/11/2020 and have been waiting for it for last 2 weeks. Called today to follow up and I was informed the item I bought and paid for is sold out and the refund will take 7 days !!

I do not under how the option to buy can be available but there is no stock. It is ridiculous how the shop NEVER made one attempt to contact me, I have been waiting 14 days to be informed I need to wait for an additional 7 business days for a refund!
