Poor service and ******* quality

I am highly disappointed in the service I have received from Liberty Mall branch and Polo on the whole. I have purchased 2 pairs of Hayden Sneakers within the first week the sole on my blue pair had opened. I have taken it back and the manager at the time had it replaced. I bought a white pair in March because it was on special for R800 and wore it 3 times and the sole opened.

I have returned it to the store and they said they would contact me after speaking to the regional manager.

I had to keep calling them to get feedback as nobody seems to know how to update a client.

When they did call back they said they want to give me a voucher for R650 when I paid R800 for the shoe. I was not aware of any discount and I had paid full price.

I would suggest that anyone reading this does not buy any sneakers from Polo as the quality is extremely poor. Rather stick to the cheaper brands as they make proper shoes.

I will not be buying any more items from Polo and I have been someone who has spent thousands every month.
