poor quality for high prices

I purchased a wallet for myself and I kept it safe for 3 whole months before using it. Afraid I might damage the delicate leather. Not even a week after using the wallet I noticed the inside of the wallet was ugly and torn! I took it back to polo at canal walk and the manager the told me I must take it back where I purchased it as they can see when it was purchased. Some costomer service they have. I felt like I was being petty. But I now realise this is the way they avoid returning their broken items. Just pass the buck! So I refuse to buy these over priced items. What a pity we old these names in such high esteems only to be disappointed by them.
