Polo Store Clearwater

I went to the Polo store in Clearwater, the did not have what I needed in stock. They phoned the store in Sandton and it was said to me that the item would arrive in 1-2 days they will call me... By the 2nd day, I still did not receive a call, so I called them. No one knew what I was talking about, they took down my number (again) and said they would phone me back. Needless to say, my call was not returned. Today (which is 3 days later) I drove there to see whether my item has arrived, which it obviously hasn’t. The manager then proceeds to tell me that I should’ve called again to follow up??? I don’t understand why I should follow up when I keep getting told my call will be returned??? After taking my number for the third time, I am still waiting for him to let me know what the solution to this situation is???

This is completely unacceptable behaviour towards a customer from Polo Clearwater, especially the manager! I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THAT STORE AGAIN!!
