POLO South Africa what a disappointment !!!😡😡😡

I placed an order with Polo on the 3rd of December till today I have received no communication from Polo with the status or delivery. Whats worse is when I call they never pick up their phones. I have sent countless emails but no response. What a horrible experience. Anyone who knows how to get a refund from POLO ?
