Polo South Africa Website Order not Received

I placed an order on the 17th of October 2025 on the Polo website, and I still haven’t received it. It took a whole week for the status of the order to change from Pending to Order Received. On their website it clearly states that orders take 2-7 days to be received but I have since been waiting for my order, which means that they are providing misleading information to customers, making them very unreliable. I am wondering when my order will be shipped so that I can receive it, because now it’s looking like Polo South Africa website is a **** because it is way past the days the order was supposed to be received.
