Polo SA unprofessional and unreliable service

I have placed an order for a handbag on 2023.09.08 from Polo SA which was supposed to be a gift. On 2023.09.11 i called them as i could not track my order on the link. They promise to call me back after contacting their warehouse of which they never did. On 2022.09. 13 i phoned them again and they say my order will be delivered on 2023.09.15. On 2023.09.15 i received a call from Polo SA saying my order will not be delivered bcoz the handbag was the last one and is damaged. What did it take so long for them bcoz i have been in contact with them bcoz this was supposed to be a gift. They say it will take 5 to 7days to get my refund, where will will i get money to buy alternative gift. Your service sucks and will never buy from them again
