POLO SA...Please don't act like common *******!!!!

I bought a POLO shirt for R799 at the V&A Waterfront and after returning the item to the Canal Walk store, it was confirmed by the Store Manager (Cindy Laing) that the shirt I had spent such an exorbitant price for was indeed an item of clothing that pass their quality checks due to the marks and \worn like"state of the item. A refund was processed on Tuesday 10/11/15 and I am still waiting on the money. I've been given endless stories by the store manager"
