Polo online store are **********

Terrible service from the online store, ordered items online on the 11th August and to date have not received any items or any feedback, I have been calling endlessly and nobody gets back to me at all. last week they told me they received my items and they will be delivered by Thursday latest. Today I spoke to a lady that said my items are out of stock , when asked about my refund I was told taht they are going to contact me and nobody has, I am calling them again and nobody is answering. all I want is my money back ASAP, I am an avid polo brand supporter and love polo , but this online service is the worse disgusting most pathetic service ever. They should close the online store.I WANT NY MONEY BACK ASAP POLO, THIS SEEMS LIKE ***** AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER.
