Polo - non existent customer service

Polo Mall of Africa. 10 AM 9 August 2018

Most unfriendly and unhelpful service. At least 10 staff members in store with even less costumers. What was a sure 5k purchase - ended in us leaving the store due to poor service, inefficient staff. I personally had to search throughout the store to find what we needed. No help or guidance offered what so ever. Clearly uninterested in reaching their target for the month as early on. Ridiculously poor service.
