Polo Menlyn must fall

My husband bought me a gift at Polo Menlyn,I actually wanted to swap it for something else,then realized there was nothing else to buy,we then decided on a refund.The guy who was helping us said they do not have money since we paid with a debit card,that was Sunday morning,he promised to send the morning by today morning at 9am,even now we have not yet received the refund.Im so angry,I don’t think I’ll ever purchase in their store again.
