Polo Eastgate Mall

I went to Polo Eastgate branch and got very bad service. The shop assistance are busy chatting and aren't bothered when one needs assistance. We went to the paypoint there was someone at the til who completely ignored us for a good minute until I actually said,can we please pay. Without any apology he just looked once and called for someone who just arrive and took the item without a hi nothing. And one things for certain, I'm never ever going back there and certainly not spending my hard earned money where it's not appreciated
