Polo canal walk is the worst store ever!!!!!!!

I'm writing this review with so much anger and disappointment, yesterday 2/12/2020 i had the worst experience ever. I came to get a gift for my wife and was treated with disrespect and disgrace and made less of a human being. The management team of polo canal walk store has no sense of customer care and racial profiling and depending on your appearance assuming that you don't have money to spend in their store. I was helped by a very politely young man who knew his products and made me feel comfortable in what I came to buy, we were than rude interrupted by another sale assistant who came with strick instruction from assitant mananger nicole scheepers to move him away from me (whose a coloured) to assist a another customer (white person) i than asked for the manager who made this call to come and assist me and was told she is not available and was on lunch, but 10seconds before that was available to make a call to accomadate another customer. I asked the assistant manager called Nicole scheepers who approached if she felt what they doing was right and she bluntly told me NO she don't feel anything was wrong with the call they made AND refused to apologise for this. This is clearly the efforts of wrong profiling people who comes to their store to spend money (because I was in my work uniform) and its sickening in this day and age that people are stil being treated like dirt. The worst store experience ever. I've emailed Joel the area manager to bring it under his attention.
