Polo bag defective workmanship

My Husband bought me a Polo sling bag about 2 years ago, I never really was a person that complains but one of my friend told me that I can. My husband saved a long time to buy me a Polo bag and one would believe the brand is value for money especially when looking at the pricing of the item. A few months after the P of the Polo fell off and obviously is now lost. I took a while but got into contact with Polo only to learn that they only give a year warranty on the bag. This is however concerning as I believe the P of the work is not suppose to come loose or fell of. Polo refuse to assist and according to me the P falling of is a defective workmanship error, but any case I now own a "olo" not a "Polo"
