Pathetic Service and False voucher from POLO

I receive a birthday voucher from Polo for R150. I kept trying to activate the voucher and it was not going through. I ended up wasting close to R 100 airtime calling polo. I waited half the day for them to get back to me to sort the issue out. A lady name Mbali in marketing contacted me and said it been escalated. I kept calling through out the day and Mbali kept saying that she cannot do anything which I totally understood but when I queried to speak to a manager she kept rejecting me and diverting the conversation elsewhere eventually she said that no manager is at work and cut my call. All i asked was to sort the voucher so i can use it to buy an item i saw that is selling out fast!!!!

I will never recommend Polo to anyone!! such pathetic service and that to for a voucher they give but cannot help sort it or even give a valid voucher!!
