Pathetic quality and service

Bought my polo handbag from Gopals in Galleria Mall Durban. Not even 3 months later the edges started fraying. Then the zips changed colour from gold to silver and it has cotton comming out of the seems. I went to Gopals to report it. The lady tells me that its normal for the zips to fade and cuts out the loose stiches and tells me only if the stiches come off can she do something. Pathetic quality and pathetic service! I sent Polo an email with pictures but not even a reply!
