Ordered clothing not delivered

I ordered clothing items on the 25th November 2021 via online shopping , and some few days later I was informed that 2 items on that order was out of stock, and a refund was done. I received the refund for those 2 items.

However, the rest of the items on the same order was not delivered. I made follow ups with the store and also the courier company but until today I have not received the clothes I ordered or any refund.
