No customer support services during lockdown

Customers are able to complete purchases online during lockdown but there is no online customer service available. I cancelled a duplicate order and have been writing e mails to them for a refund. I have not received even an acknowledgement of the e mail. Surely if your online store is operating there should be virtual support aswell? Does this mean the refund will be processed in October? Or whenever the lockdown is lifted?
