Money not refunded

Bought a face mask online a week ago for R50. Three days later I tried to track my order online and it did not exist. I then checked my online account and noticed that my order was cancelled for some reason. If that is the case, why wasn't I informed or have my money refunded? Sent numerous messages to their customer service but no response. There's not even a contact number.
