Horrible Service

I made an online purchase on the 25 August, only after I sent an email (8 days later) following up on my order I received a call from the area manager telling me that one of the items I ordered is out of stock so they will ship the other item and process a refund for the other one. I still don't understand why was the item even advertised knowing that it's out of stock. I'm so dissapointed about the horrible service experience I have received from Polo SA
