Horrible Experience with online purchase

I ordered online over a week ago. No update on the status of my order since I received the order number. No tracking number. No response to my *** enquiry. After calling their customer centre, I was promised a call back with an explanation for the delay and a new ETA. I'm used to online purchases, this is probably my worst experience to a point where I even question the authenticity of the website.
