I ordered an item of clothing a week ago from the polo website online. I am pleased to say I received a call to come get my stuff in that same week too. Items were sealed and packaged nicely for my arrival. I am very impressed with their swift responses to our orders, this is different from other competitiveness who usually take forever to deliver.
