Extremely Poor Service – No Communication or Order Updates

I placed my order on 15 October 2025, and since then, I have not received any communication whatsoever. No confirmation updates, no tracking information — absolutely nothing. There isn’t even an option on the website to track your order or check its status.

This level of service is unacceptable for a brand like Polo. It’s disappointing and frustrating to be left completely in the dark after making a purchase. I will think twice before ever ordering from Polo again.
