DOGGY BUSINESS PRACTICES

I have placed an order with them on the 4th December 2023 and to date they have not sent the order confirmation. I have made numerous attempts to call and email them, the number that is provided on their website diverts to an IT company in Johannesburg. The only communication you get from their website is for membership subscription which is very prompt because you get the response very quickly but if you inquire about the order there is no response at all though the money has been debited from your account. I regret not reading the reviews before I place an order with this company as it is evident from the reviews that this is a norm for them to debit clients' accounts and not supply.
