Disappointed and disgusted

Hi, I ordered some stuff from polo south africa on the 13th of June it is now the 30th and I still haven't received my order, the tracking information is gibrish and doesn't make sense! When I call to ask them about my order, they tell me it's on delivery and when it's not delivered, they say the driver arrived too late! What ridiculousness is this?? The things I ordered are for gifts and I needed them 2 weeks ago! They say they use fast and furious couriers, and when we call to enquire they make promises that my parcel will be delivered today, but then nothing! I've received parcels from wish and ebay faster than this, and this is based in South Africa! They don't respond to emails and getting them on the phone is a mission! I will never recommend them to anyone
