Continuous supply of defective Polo Jeans!
I would like to highlight a major concern regarding the polo brand which I have experienced recently. Firstly, I am a frequent user of Polo jeans. I visited the Polo store in Pietermaritzburg at the Liberty mall approximately 8-9 months ago. The service at the store was good. I purchase three pairs of Simon polo jeans. I initially used the one pair and all was good. Approximately 2 weeks later I decided to unpack and use the second pair which was black in colour. I found a damaged section on the jean material and took this back to the store. The store did not have replacement stock and refunded the transaction. Approximately three months ago I unpacked the third pair which I purchased only to find that the jeans does not fit like a Simon cut jeans. I then visited the polo store at the liberty mall again and explained my observation to the gentlemen at the store, named Radley. He agreed totally that something was wrong and would inform management. He added that the jean looks like a Paul however is Simon. I am now stuck with a jean which costs almost R1000 and have no use for this whilst the store did not offer a replacement. I wish to highlight, I have no concern with the employees at the store, their service has always been good. During my last visit where I explained my concerns, I decided to purchase another pair if jeans. All three pairs which were fitted had a different setting when tried on. Something is seriously wrong with Polo Suppliers and I want this fixed. I want to know what is going on, why the discrepancies and what is going yo be done about the defective pair which I have in my possession. This is a serious customer complaint and I trust that it will be managed accordingly.
