Clearwater Polo Store has the worst customer service!

I bought a polo shoe at Clearwater mall on the 13 of November but only collected it on the 15 of January due travelling with work, I've only wore the shoe about 5 times if not less. The shoe is already tore without even being washed once. The management from Polo store is refusing to take the shoe back which isn't fair.
