Bad service,poor online order service,unreliable

I placed an order past weeks I recieved a call on monday that they donot have stock therefore they are not going to process the order i should get my refund which i never did its been 7days I explained to the guy that called me that i used my promo discount of R150 amd newsletter promo of 45R he said he’s checking with IT and will get back to me but never did. As i speak i never recieved my order ,never received my money back and my vouchers back.and no communication from them.

The online service is poor.. Place order at your own risk shame
