Bad service and bad customer treatment

Polo SA online is such a disappointment, I am never using them again and their have made me start wondering about polo as brand, never felt this way After paying my money and now it's more than 12 days waiting for an order that was said to be going to take 2 to 7 days delivery but nothing and worst part of it, It's hard to get hold of them and when you do, someone will tell you your order was supposed to be delivered but they don't know why and you can't get hold of them again, very bad if you value your peace stay away from polo SA
