Bad service

I bought a t-shirt online 9 June 2020, i get a call 17 June 2020 (a week later) saying they don't have it and will refund me, even though i phoned them the next day to correct the address, they couldn't tell me that. The lady from the online department that contacted me said her area manager will phone me, guess what I'm still waiting on a call its 2 days later. I'll never buy from this people again!
