Bad customer service.they keep ignoring you

A very stupid ****. I logged a return of a dress since last year December they didn't eveb contact me. Worst service ever. They are very selfish. Why do they lie about accepting returns. Buy at your own risk knowing that if the size is wrong or the merch it'll just be a loss of money.
