Bad customer service

Went to polo canal walk to purchase a sneaker, they did not have my size, I then requested if any of their other branches had my size in the sneaker. The manager of polo canal walk then states that he will request to have the sneaker brought to CPT

Nobody reached out to me or contacted me regarding the sneaker I had to visit the store multiple times, only for the manager to tell me today that the sneaker had never left JHB, he tells me this a month later.......

Manager came up with multiple excuses however this is poor customer service

Extremely unhappy I'd make no purchases from Polo canal walk
