AGRESSIVE MANAGER

Went to POLO shop this Saturday and the customer service was **********! When asking about T shirts for ladies a rude salesman said I should ask his colleague he cant help me !<br> <br> as our shopping progressed we chose a jean that was brought to us and advised on sale, when arriving at the counter we were told it is not on sale, without so much as an apology !<br> <br> A dress on the railing had a mark on , and I requested that perhaps it may be further discounted due to this. The rude manager who has no brains or manners told me indirectly they rather make no money than to give a discount of R 50 ! really clever ..( not! ) <br> <br> When I debated with him on the above , the manager was rude , banged the desk and muttered repulsive words under his breath ! <br> <br> Really disgusting service and a disgusting manager , POLO waterfront I am so glad I did not spend my R1000's at your store.<br> <br> I will shop elsewhere where management and staff are efficient, professional and have interpersonal skills which are needed when dealing with customers.<br> <br> What a miserable store, perhaps learn some service skills from your canal walk branch ! <br> <br>
