Worst Online Store

Dear Poetry<br> <br> I placed an order on the 28/7/15 and received an email stating that there is a delay with the orders. I then received 1 of the 3 items I ordered about a week ago. When is the bag and shirt being delivered?<br> <br> I spoke to a consultant telephonically who said it would be delivered last Tuesday already. Its almost a week later and no correspondence from your store, this is unacceptable. You received my money on time yet I don't have my complete order! This is ridiculous.<br> <br> Also, when calling the numbers as stated on your website, the operators are constantly busy.<br> <br>
