Worst experience shopping on the online site!!!

I’ve had the absolute worst experience shopping on the online site. My experience consisted of waiting for my delivery (which will not be delivered in the expected time!) , not getting the feedback that was required regarding my delivery, zero help from customer services and customer service agents who knew absolutely nothing about the exact whereabouts of my package initially and then tried to thumbsuck information to “ease” the situation. Customer services regarding online orders are disgusting. Definitely will not be ordering from Poetry stores again!!!
