Worse online store experience

Worse online store to ever buy from. Their customer service treats you like a robot because all you get is a generic response. I bought a shoe for a special occasion which has come and gone. And 4 weeks later they still blaming the taxi strike which ended weeks ago. Would never recommend online shopping with Poetry. It was an unpleasant experience and all you get are excuses and empty promises that they are sorting the issue out. Also don’t even have the decency to provide feedback.
