WHAT IS GOING ON AT POETRY !!!!

Oh my goodness! POETRY STORES CAN YOU GET IT RIGHT PLEASE? Two complaints sent - no response except one that was written without even reading my complaint!!!!

Never mind that yesterday you’ve advertised shoes on your Instagram stories and when I check online, the shoes are not available and when I called the Sandton Branch, I was told that the shoe was last year’s stock?? Why advertise last year’s stoc****!!!

Can I get a response or a phone call PLEASE from someone in charge and someone that actually knows what they are doing????
