Very very UNHAPPY and disappointed customer!
I have always been a loyal Poetry customer. But at this moment I am truly dissatisfied at their delivery service. I know with lockdown you have a volume of deliveries etc. I have ordered the Florence maxi dress on 25 April. I bought it on the 30% off sale. This morning I received a deposit into my bank account for that amount of R674. Never was I informed that my dress can't be delivered or you have run out of stock. Why on earth wod you refund me this amount if this was not discussed with me. Now, if I want to purchase this dress on the store it would cost me R899.
This is NOT good service at all Poetry.
