Very unpleasant experience- Menlyn Poetry Store

Yesterday- 29 July 2020 I visited the Poetry store in Menlyn shopping mall.

I buy from poetry a lot and I love the product and service. Usually the staff is very helpful and professional.

I am incredibly disappointed in Menlyn’s poetry store. I have never entered any store and felt this unwelcome. Nobody greeted me even though I greeted them. I asked for help to find a black boot in my size and the ladies there just stared at me without even talking to me. Eventually they fetched the right size. Even at checkout to purchase the boots I never heard a word from them. I felt like **** by the way they treated me and I still think about it a day after.

This is no way to treat a client. I know times are hard but don’t make it unpleasant for for your guests who spend money in your shop. Bad business!
