Underhand and uncommunicative

Always a fan of Poetry's clothes, I bought two items from their online store. To pay, I used a voucher and paid the remainder with my credit card. I then received an email saying that one of the items was actually out of stock (even though it was available to order online) and that I would be refunded the amount for that item. I was then refunded, but only the amount I had paid in using my credit card which was not the full amount. I have complained via their email address multiple times and have been told by a consultant that my complaint has been escalated to the online department but I have never received any communication from the online department since 3 April, despite automatic replies saying I will be contacted in 24-48 hours. So in short- ********* *******!
