Unaceptable service on refunds

I purchased items on 17.11.2017 logged a return on 24.11.2017 emailed 01.12.2017 as my return was still pending return authorised 04.12.2017 refunded 13.12.2017 emailed query re incorrect amount refunded 13.12.2017 received reply asking for order numbers (was in my previous email, attached below their reply) 08.01.2018 rep**** with same details 11.01.2018

NO RESPONSE 16.01.2018 I have never had to wait 3 weeks for a refund, never mind an incorrect one. this is awful customer service, and I will never buy clothes from Poetry again. I love your homeware but shudder to think what will happen if anything arrives damaged. no hope of a successful refund that's for sure.
